Refund policy

Returns

We’re committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you change your mind for any reason any items returned to us in an original and saleable condition, undamaged in original packaging and unused within 28 days after the day the goods are delivered will be refunded. 

However, we need to be informed you want to return the goods within 14 days after the day the goods are delivered. The easiest way to do this is to contact us by email at sales@darkhorseequestrian.co.uk or by post at Dark Horse Equestrian Royal Welsh Warehouse Newtown Powys SY16 1BH 

We reserve the right to delay or refuse to process items that arrive in unacceptable condition.

Returns are at the customer’s expense we recommend proof of postage and a trackable service are obtained.  Goods should be packaged sufficiently so they cannot be damaged during the return.  Please remember to fill in and send the return paperwork back with the goods to save a delay in a refund or exchange. Refunds will be made back to the original method of payment.

Free Gifts & bundles

For a full refund, please ensure all items from the bundle deal or free gift promotion are returned.

Free gifts must be returned with the original order/ product, to receive a full refund, otherwise the order will be refunded minus the value of the free gift.

Free gifts are not refundable on their own.

Exchanges

We will exchange any item returned to us in an original and saleable condition undamaged, in original packaging and unused within 14 days of receiving the order, (i.e. Colour or size) all return postage is at the customers expense the exchange will be sent out free of postage and packaging charge in the UK only. International orders will be charged postal rates. on exchanges to be sent back out.

Any exchanges or replacements will be delivered to the address on the original invoice. unless stated otherwise on the returns form.

Faulty Goods

If goods are deemed to be faulty or defective in your opinion, they should be returned to us immediately for inspection. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Accidental damage and general wear and tear are not covered in this. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damages.

Monthly Box Offer 

Boxes may be returned for a full refund only if all items originally included in the Box are returned.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • If any item is missing from the returned Box, the missing item will be charged at its full Recommended Retail Price (RRP).

  • The RRP value of any missing item will be deducted from the refund amount.
